uubt Platform Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and uubt ("uubt", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at uubt.io ("the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. Your continued use of uubt following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the uubt Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from the uubt Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

uubt reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any point. Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by uubt will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

Each individual player may hold only one (1) registered account on the uubt Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or otherwise additional accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances or winnings being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. uubt will not be liable for any issues — including failed payments — arising from inaccurate registration details.

Your uubt account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access your account, place bets using your account, or operate your account in any way. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All financial transactions on the uubt Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). uubt supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time at uubt's sole discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by uubt by default, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your uubt wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, provided your account has been fully verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are ordinarily processed within 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into your account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• uubt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable requirements have been fully satisfied.
• uubt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or public holidays.

All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. uubt reserves the right to freeze funds and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

uubt offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all uubt promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to fully verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each offer's terms.
• uubt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend wagering requirements, or alter promotion terms at any time. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be provided.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or placing offsetting bets — will have all bonuses voided and may have their account closed.

All bets placed on the uubt Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the Platform and may be updated from time to time. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet.

General betting conditions:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except where uubt exercises its right to void bets under these Terms or applicable game rules.
• uubt reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable error has occurred, including but not limited to incorrectly listed odds, market errors, or data feed failures.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's rules as published on the Platform at the time the bet was accepted.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant market prior to bet placement.
• uubt's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

For casino games and fishing games, the Return to Player (RTP) rates and game rules are determined by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). These rules are available within each game's information panel. uubt does not modify the RTP or game mechanics of any third-party game supplied to the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uubt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of winnings, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one uubt account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses, free bets, or promotions in a manner that is inconsistent with genuine recreational betting, including through arbitrage betting strategies or offsetting bets across accounts.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate Platform behaviour.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity or for the purpose of obscuring the origin of funds.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any uubt system, database, or account, or interfering with the normal operation of the Platform.

All content on the uubt Platform — including but not limited to the uubt brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of uubt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial, recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from uubt.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Using any uubt branding, trademarks, or logos in any external context without written authorisation.
• Scraping, data-mining, or extracting any data from the Platform by automated means.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. uubt operates such games under licence from the relevant provider.

uubt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

uubt implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform pages and employs industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and uubt cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the Platform.

uubt will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or where necessary to operate the Platform safely and fairly.

uubt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and ensuring that the Platform is used for recreational entertainment purposes only. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.

uubt provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available at no cost to any verified account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Controls: Set a maximum session duration. You will be automatically logged out when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from the Platform for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. Your account will be inaccessible during this time.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uubt's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your uubt account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

uubt shall not be liable for any of the following, even if uubt has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service caused by circumstances outside uubt's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits uubt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

uubt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where uubt reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Your account is being used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to other players, the Platform, or uubt's operational integrity.

You may close your account at any time by contacting uubt support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your last used payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

uubt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, uubt will provide reasonable advance notice via a notice displayed on the Platform or via email to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms will specify the effective date from which they apply.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform prior to the effective date. Closing your account in response to a material change in Terms will be treated as voluntary closure under Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. uubt operates as a safe and reliable platform and endeavours to resolve all player disputes fairly and transparently.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the outcome of a game, or any aspect of these Terms, you should contact uubt's support team in the first instance. uubt will endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 calendar days of receipt.
